My Journey
What started with a love for food grew into a passion for creating experiences around it. Through culinary school, hands-on kitchen experience, and working with my own clients, I discovered that what I enjoy most isn’t just cooking—it’s creating something people can remember.
My journey has taken me from learning the foundations of culinary arts to building my own private chef business, where I get to bring my food directly to people’s homes and create experiences around their tables.
Today, I specialize in private dining and personalized culinary experiences, with a growing passion for creating thoughtful menus, beautiful presentations, and moments that bring people together.
Every experience has become another part of the journey and I’m just getting started.
-
I studied Culinary Management at College of the Desert, where I earned my Associate Degree and developed my foundation in culinary arts, baking, hospitality, and food service.
-
I find inspiration in different cultures, places, and the people I have the opportunity to cook for. I love discovering new flavors and turning them into thoughtful dishes that feel both exciting and familiar.
-
My goals extend far beyond simply cooking. I want to continue learning, travel, experience different culinary traditions, and grow my craft while creating meaningful experiences for the people I cook for.
I believe food should be fresh, flavorful, and made with intention. To me, cooking is about more than preparing a meal it’s about creating an experience that brings people together and makes an occasion feel special.
My approach to cooking is rooted in quality, balance, creativity, and attention to detail. I enjoy working with fresh ingredients and familiar flavors while finding ways to elevate them through thoughtful preparation and presentation. Whether it’s a comforting dish, a beautifully plated dinner, or a menu inspired by another culture, every element has a purpose.
I also believe that food should feel personal. Everyone has different tastes, traditions, and ways of celebrating, which is why I love creating menus around the people I’m cooking for. I take the time to understand what my clients enjoy and use that as inspiration to create something that feels uniquely theirs.
Hospitality is just as important to me as the food itself. From the first course to the final cleanup, I want my clients to feel cared for and completely present in the moment. My goal is to take away the stress of hosting so you can focus on your guests, your celebration, and the memories being made around the table.
At the heart of my philosophy is the belief that great food has the power to turn a gathering into a memory. I want every dish I create to be something you enjoy in the moment and remember long after the table has been cleared.
